Harleston is a small thriving market town set in the very pretty Waveney valley forming the border between Norfolk and Suffolk. The town has its own discovery trail which takes full advantage of many points of interest including a small museum and art gallery. It is host to a weekly market and monthly farmer's market allowing visitors to enjoy the large variety of local produce. With its own circular walking and cycling trails and national cycle route 6, walkers and cyclists are well catered for. The town is surrounded by sought after fishing hotspots with day ticket waters in Bungay, Wortwell, Weybread and the River Waveney.
