Nestled at the heart of the Norfolk Broads National Park and and within strolling distance of Potter Heigham's medieval bridge, local pubs, shops and cafes, it is the perfect base from which to explore the area.

We are pleased to offer you the use of the private enclosed garden at the rear of the property as part of your booking. Access to any other green spaces on our property is by arrangement only
If you are staying with young children, we can provide a stair gate, travel cot and high chair on request. Please let us know if you would like any of these when booking
We have solar panels and have linked our central heating and water heating to them via smart devices. We have set the heating to a toasty 21 degrees for mornings and evenings, and a cosy 19 degrees for midday and overnight. The water gets heated all day long while the sun shines. If you need to change these please let us know and we can talk you through it.
Whilst we have a spacious walk-in wet room, there is currently no bath at the property
Located in Great Yarmouth, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a river. Norfolk Broads and Hickling Broad reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include The Museum of the Broads and BeWILDerwood. Traveling with kids? Consider Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, or check out an event or a game at Yarmouth Stadium. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
