Dersingham nestles in the embrace of the Royal Estate of Sandringham and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and woodland. There are many fine examples of the local carrstone and flint architecture to be found within this thriving village which is rich in history. A good choice of local beaches, the nearest at Snettisham is only two miles away, with the coastal resorts of North and West Norfolk readily accessible. The area offers good walking and cycling opportunities and if ornithology is a passion then Dersingham boasts its own English Nature Reserve, with Holme - Norfolk Wildlife Trust, Titchwell and Snettisham - RSPB reserves a short distance away. The village has a wide variety of local shops and pubs, which serve food.
Potter's Barn has been lovingly restored by the homeowners and provides spacious comfortable accommodation finished to a high standard. It is situated close to all the local amenities and is a good base from which to explore the beautiful Norfolk countryside and coastline.
