A popular attraction just outside the village is Norfolk Lavender a popular year round attraction with animals, garden centre, tearoom and gift shop, as well as beautiful lavender fields which can be toured in the summer months. For a wide choice of amenities and retail, head to the town of Kings Lynn to the South. Guests arriving at the cottage will initially enter the hallway with a handy space for coats and shoes, before stepping through to the open plan kitchen/diner with doors out to the garden. In the kitchen guests will find all the appliances needed to rustle up a gourmet treat, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a handy washing machine. The dining table looking out into the garden provides a place to enjoy any meal. Adjoining the dining room the comfortable lounge provides a great place to relax after a day on the beach with a smart TV and DVD ensuring any must see programmes are not missed. The wood burner effect gas fire adds a cosy ambiance to any evening while sinking into the snug sofa with a good book. Also, on the ground floor is a separate WC. Ascending the staircase to the first floor guests will find three bedrooms and one bathroom, one double with TV and access to the Jack and Jill style bathroom with shower over bath and WC, the bathroom is also accessed from the hallway. One double and the third bedroom is a single. For those who enjoy spending time outdoors, the cottage has a pretty garden which is fully enclosed making it safe for both children and pets to enjoy. The patio area provides a sunny spot for the garden furniture where guests can dine al fresco and sun loungers deployed for when the weather permits. The garage which can be accessed from the garden provides a tumble dryer and secure covered storage for any bicycles. There is off road parking for one car.
