Situated on the North West bank of the River Thurne, Vespers provides the perfect tranquil accommodation to relax and watch the world float, paddle and sail by; study the wildlife or fish from your own front garden. It offers an ideal retreat for families, couples and fishermen alike and is perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful Norfolk Broads. Sit in the arbour with a cup of tea or a G&T while you while away the hours with fabulous views both up and down the river.
A traditionally built, timber-framed cabin that’s been modernised in-keeping with its surroundings, Vespers offers spacious living accommodation including a well equipped kitchen, dining room with open views of the river, comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player and 2 double and one twin bedroom, plus a bathroom with modern electric shower, basin and WC. Free WiFi.
There is one car parking space included for the duration of your stay.
Vespers is a short walk from Potter Heigham Bridge, along a tow-path which takes approx. 6 minutes or a 7/10 minute walk from your designated car parking space.
Vespers is single storey once inside.
Please note Vespers does not have vehicular access. It is reached via foot path or boat only.
Unfortunately the foot path which runs from the car park/bridge to Vespers is not suitable for mobility scooters and may prove challenging to anyone with limited mobility.
Please contact me prior to booking Vespers if you require any further clarification or help.
There are numerous family attractions, beautiful beaches and places of interest all easily accessible from Potter Heigham. Explore the surrounding area by foot, car, bike or boat. You will not be disappointed.
If you wish to take a break from Self-catering there are many lovely cafes, quaint pubs or restaurants close by for you to chose from whether you wish to enjoy a cream tea or a 3 course dinner.
Well behaved pets are welcome with an additional refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
This is a dog friendly holiday home and therefore is unsuitable for anyone who suffers with pet hair allergies. Vespers is cleaned thoroughly in between bookings but I cannot guarantee a pet hair free environment.
WARNING: This property has an open river frontage, please be aware of this with children and vulnerable adults.
This is strictly a NO SMOKING property due to its wooden construction. Smoking is only allowed outside the cabin, away from the property.
