This cottage has got to be one of our most idyllic properties for it’s close proximity to the beach in this popular village along the North West Norfolk coast. Literally only a few metres from the sand dunes and safe sandy beach (the tide does not come totally in to the shore!), the property offers very comfortable accommodation in this very unique position. Ideal for children for a seaside holiday – what could be more perfect for them than just running down the path to the beach and spending all day in the dunes and making sand castles!
Entrance via shared gateway through to enclosed gravel driveway, which leads to the rear of the property and through to private enclosed garden with furniture. BBQ with charcoal. The Golf Links at Old Hunstanton are within easy reach, and local restaurants and pubs are very handy, also being within a few minute’s walk.
All on one level with entrance into lobby with utility area having sink, washing machine/dryer and WC. Kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker, table and chairs. The spacious lounge has a bay window and electric wood burner effect fire which can be moved easily if desired, to expose an open fireplace with a supply of logs (to be replenished by guests). Freeview TV/DVD. There are large sliding doors between the kitchen and lounge which can be left open to create open plan living, or closed to separate the two rooms.
Three bedrooms, one with a double, one with twins and the other with bunks (2’6”). There is also a ‘z’ bed for that extra person, that will fit in between the 2 twin beds (please confirm if required).
Bath/shower room with bath and shower attachment, separate shower and washbasin. Separate WC.
Garden: Private enclosed garden, mainly lawned. Plastic table and chairs for sitting out.
Parking: There is ample parking for 2 or 3 cars on the drive.
