Wiveton is a charming village set on the banks of the River Glaven. This former port is steeped in history and features a medieval church as well as a great pub and cafe. There are plenty of wonderful walks to enjoy in the area, with Wiveton Downs offering some excellent views. The lovely nearby coastal villages of Cley next the Sea (2 miles) and Blakeney (1.5 miles) are both famous for their wonderful nature reserves which are a haven for keen birdwatchers. From Blakeney Point you can take a boat trip out to see a colony of grey seals. The popular seaside town of Cromer is just 12 miles away and offers plenty of traditional seaside holiday activities. On entering this lovely property you will find a large utility room with a WC and storage space for walking boots, coats, crabbing lines and buckets and spades. There are two staircases leading to the first floor. The first staircase will lead you to a lovely double bedroom with an en suite shower room. Heading up the second set of stairs you will find three further spacious bedrooms with delightful far reaching country views. There are two double rooms, and a single room, but please note there are some low ceilings. There is also a bathroom complete with a bath and separate shower cubicle, as well as a separate WC. The gardens have a wonderful romantic cottage garden feel to them with deep borders full of long established rose bushes, a large lawn and a patio where you can relax and enjoy a BBQ. Ample parking for up to three vehicles is available at the front of the house. Please note that the property is accessed via a 50m unpaved farm track which is also used by farm vehicles.
