Primrose Cottage is a very versatile property - spacious enough for two or three couples to holiday with or without children; ideal for a traditional family holiday, with room for teenagers and grandparents, but equally cosy for a couple to enjoy a relaxing break in a comfortable space.
Our weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday. We also offer long weekends and short breaks.
The cottage is a only step away from an amazing village shop which sells just about everything - including food, daily newspapers and petrol! There is also a village pub, The Chequers, which serves both lunchtime and evening food.
Primrose Cottage is spacious yet retains a quintessential cottage feel, with beamed ceilings, two woodburners and the luxury of oil fired central heating.

Downstairs cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.
Dining room:
Beamed dining room with lovely feature inglenook fireplace and woodburner. Glass topped dining table and seating for 8. Access to patio area and garden.
Lounge:
Large, sunny sitting/garden room with many cosy sofas and a woodburner (and electric fire).
Well equipped with large flat screen TV with integrated freeview, DVD player, i-phone docking station and BT Home Hub with wi-fi access. Various DVDs for visitors of all ages to view, plus card and board games for rainy days.
Large french doors open out onto the garden and patio area.
Back into hallway a wide flight of undemanding stairs leads up to first floor where master bedroom is on the right with adjoining shower room with electric shower, washbasin and toilet. The large airy master bedroom with kingsize bed has ample fitted cupboards and wall mounted flat screen TV with integrated freeview - dual aspect windows.
Down the landing is one of the two twin rooms (both recently equipped with wall-mounted flat screen TV's with integrated Freeview), with feature brick chimney breast and window overlooking pretty side garden. This room has two 3 foot beds but can also be set up as a large single room on request. This room is ideal for two children or a couple.
At far end of landing is the second twin room - a lovely spacious room with views over the village. Down a small step into family bathroom with basin, toilet and bath with electric shower over bath. Also at this end of the landing is the fourth bedroom - a small single with safety window bars - ideal for a child or infant in a travel cot. Large cupboard with spare duvets for guests. Travel cot and high chair available.
Outside and garden
Pretty enclosed, part walled cottage garden with patio area and small lawn. Teak garden table with chairs and seat pads for six people.
Private off-road parking for two cars and access to side garden. Bicycle storage can be arranged on request. Additional street parking nearby.

Just three miles from the North Norfolk coast and situated in the pretty, unspoilt village of BINHAM with its landmark priory ruins. Ideal holiday base with Blakeney, Holkham, Walsingham, Wells-next-the-Sea and market towns of Holt and Burnham Market within easy reach.
