A very private beautiful stone built house within a walled garden located just a short walk from the heart of Georgian market town of Richmond with all the excellent tearooms, bars and restaurants, catering to every taste. The North Yorkshire countryside is a walkers' and cyclists' paradise, with a plethora of public walks and roads that take you up hill and down dale through areas of outstanding beauty. There is no shortage of things to do and see, visit Richmond Castle, River Swale waterfalls and Easby Abbey. Jump in the car and head over to the east Yorkshire coastline to visit the villages of Staithes, Robin Hood's Bay or the cobbled streets of Whitby. The property spans over three floors. Step inside the property into the hallway, where you can leave outdoor wear a fun stay awaits. The heart of the house is on the first floor, offering a stylish and comfortable space for mixed groups to relax or entertain. There is also a Sonus speaker system throughout the house, great for celebrations. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher and everything you need to cater for mealtimes, there is also a large dining table, window seats, perfect for socializing. A great games room with pool table, Smart TV and sofa and lounge room with cosy sofas, funky artwork and another Smart TV. Completing this floor is the utility room which has a washing machine and fridge/freezer. The garden can also be accessed from here. The ground floor has two bedrooms, a king size and a twin bedroom, and the main bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Heading up the stairs you will find an additional shower room and WC and on the second floor you ll find the last of the bedrooms, a double bedroom and a king size bedroom. There is also another separate WC on this floor. For sunny mornings and warm evenings, there is a tiered walled garden outside. The garden eventually gives rise to the views and provides an enchanted space in which to enjoy a brew or glass of wine. With a choice of seating areas, you can sit in the shade or sprawl out in the sunshine. New from July 2020 an indulgent six seater Hot Tub awaits you on the patio area, with stunning castle views. There are also other mod cons such as a contactless entry gate and video door bell. There is off road parking for four cars.
