Jacob's Lodge is an excellent detached property just outside the village of Eggleston near Barnard Castle. The property sleeps sixteen people in seven bedrooms, six with en-suites, which are a super king-size and a twin room, both of which have an additional day bed, two king-size doubles, a twin and two family rooms, one with a king-size double and a single and the other with three singles. There is also a cloakroom, a bathroom, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner and there is a second sitting room. Outside is a lawned garden with a patio, ample off road parking and an external leisure suite with a hot tub, sauna, yoga and pilates studio and a games room. Jacob's Lodge is a fantastic property with something for everybody.

Electric range oven and hob, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 4 x Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs, Nespresso coffee machine available (uses large pods, pods are not provided so please feel free to bring your own pods). Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. External leisure suite with hot tub, sauna, yoga and pilates studio (mats not supplied), shower room, first floor games room with a pool table, bar football,TV and PS2. BBQ on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 min walk. Note: Sloped ceilings in second floor bedrooms. Note: Ramp access to property, grounds floor bedrooms with en-suite wet room and wider doors, may be suitable for those with limited mobility. There is currently no facility for charging vehicles at this property, if guests need electricity via an extension lead a supplement of £30 per car will be chargeable and payable to the owner on arrival.

Beautiful walking country is right on the doorstep, with the Pennine and Teesdale Ways, the River Tees and magnificent waterfalls at High Force all close by. Middleton-in-Teesdale lies in the heart of Teesdale, in an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty', and offers a good range of shops, pubs and places to eat.
Located in Barnard Castle, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. The area's natural beauty can be seen at North Pennines and Teesdale, while Bowes Museum and National Railway Museum at Shildon are cultural highlights. Traveling with kids?
