The Granary is a large, luxury barn conversion resting on Rusholme Hall Farm in Drax near Camblesforth, North Yorkshire and can sleep 16 people in six bedrooms.

There are six king-size bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and two zip/link, and another on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom, along with a family bathroom. Outside, there is a garden hot tub, small 5-a-side football pitch, bar, children's play area and furniture, and ample off-road parking with EV charging. Within 3.4 miles, there is a shop, and within 1 mile, a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property; there is a sheltered smoking area outside. Two public houses, the Comus Inn and the Black Dog, both serve traditional pub fare, and there is a small Post Office with a shop where you can get the necessities.
Located in Selby, this cottage is in a rural area.
