Fresh towels, linens and essentials are provided at the beginning of your stay.
There is a Smart TV and free internet.
The Space:
This modern and stylish flat has been finished to a very high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings. The open plan living space features a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to get creative with cooking from home, stylish sofas and SMART TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen and storage space for clothes. The modern bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your use. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).
Guest Access:
Guests have sole private access to the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of York, it's just a 5 minute walk to the city centre, where you will find an array of shops, bars, restauants and historical attractions. York Minster, the largest gothic cathedral in Northern Europe and the Jorvik Viking Centre are just a 10 minute walk away, whilst York Castle Museum can be reached in just 20 minutes on foot. You are also well placed to access the historic city walls, which you can walk around and get the best view of the city free of charge. There's also an Asda and a large Morrisions supermarket just around the corner from the apartment.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most areas of the city are easily explored on foot. Should you wish to rest your legs there are bus routes that service the nearby main road, and local taxi services. The main York Train Station, with links to other UK cities, is around a 25 minute walk away, or a short taxi ride.

There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.
Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note you must confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
