The striking, modern wood burner is a lovely addition to the room on those colder winter evenings. The dining area has a table seating six, whilst there is breakfast bar with seating in the kitchen area which also offers an excellent range of equipment including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom can also be found on this level of the apartment which has a spa bath, separate shower and WC. Three steps lead from the living area up to the first of two bedrooms, a king size room. The second bedroom, the master is a king size room overlooking the living area which is reached via a second set of stairs and benefits from an en suite shower room with WC and features electric blinds for privacy. A door from the ground floor hallway leads out to a lovely courtyard patio with garden furniture, providing a great place to sit back and unwind over al fresco drinks. There is free disc roadside timed parking just outside the property and in surrounding streets subject to availability. Off road private parking space available outside the apartment 5.00 per day payable directly to the owner.
