The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine, and a sitting room with TV and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a rear decked area with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 1.9 miles, and Fewston Reservoir in 1.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Swinsty Lodge is a wonderful base for exploring the North Yorkshire countryside. Note: The property is located on a working farm, at the end of the owner's drive, who owns both a kennels and cattery. Within driving distance lies the spa town of Harrogate, which is renowned for its open areas, architecture, gorgeous gardens, and top-notch shopping. In addition to surrounding wonderful walks, the stunning Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks are easily accessible by car and well worth a visit.

Mercer Art Gallery and Royal Hall are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Washburn Heritage Centre and Harrogate Theatre. RHS Garden Harlow Carr and Log Heights are also worth visiting.
