It is famous for its historic abbey as well as for being part of the Trans Pennine Trail Cycleway. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is perfect for bringing the family together. Enjoy a home cooked meal around the dining table or relax on the sinkable sofas in the lounge with 55 Smart TV, while enjoying the woodland views out of the French doors. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the tools you will require for cooking up a feast as well as a centre island with bar stools. To the rear of the lodge are the three bedrooms, all of which are designed in a contemporary style with 32 Smart TVs in every room. One bedroom offers super king size zip and link beds and the master is king size with a large en suite shower room. The third bedroom is also a king size with plenty of wardrobes and storage. Completing this property is the spacious family shower room. The enclosed decking has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, wildlife ponds and woodland. Here you can relax with alfresco drinks in the seating area or step down to the large patio which holds a brick built BBQ, picnic bench and pergola covered hot tub proving to be the best place for catching the afternoon sun. The lodge is within an award winning holiday park with an array of activities for all ages, surrounded by beautiful woodland walks, cycle trails and countryside. Tennis courts, a fishing lake, a bowling green and bike hire are also available (additional charges apply). There is a general EV charging point on the holiday park but not specific for the lodge.
