Housed in an area of outstanding natural beauty, this peaceful retreat is ideal for those looking to escape to nature and offers stunning countryside views, walking/cycle routes and conveniently located just one mile from Pateley Bridge.
After parking in the Loft 11 allocated parking space, guests enter using the door to the right of the impressive clock tower, using the digital code provide upon booking. Guests can choose to either take the stairs or elevator to the second floor where they will get their first glimpse of the incredible heavy oak beams and vaulted ceilings.
You will enter the apartment into the hallway, where you will discover your first bedroom on the left. This bedroom houses a king sized bed and en suite shower room. The bedroom has been thoughtfully styled in order to maximise the traditional oak beams and the countryside views.
Turning left out of this bedroom, you will walk down the light and airy hallway and find another bedroom on your left. This bedroom contains a comfortable double bed and yet further traditional oak beams and countryside vistas.
Opposite this bedroom, across the hallway, is the main family bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, bath, overhead shower, toilet and basin. Leaving the bathroom and moving further down the hallway is the final bedroom.
This bedroom has two single beds which can either be kept together or separated depending on preference. This room is ideal for those bringing children to Loft 11.
Last but by no means least, the highlight of Loft 11 is the large open plan Living / Dining / Kitchen area. A stunning well lit and spacious area perfect for eating, relaxing and socialising. The Kitchen is equipped with integrated appliances; dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker and hob. There is a stylish dining table next to the Kitchen with seating for six.
A smart TV in the sitting area, allows guests to relax and catch up on their favourite box sets or simply listen to the radio while taking in the beautiful surroundings. In addition, the owners have placed comfortable single chairs next to the low level windows making it a great spot to lose yourself in your favourite novel.
This apartment is located in Harrogate. Nidderdale Museum and Workhouse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Studley Roger Seven Bridges Walk and Grimwith Reservoir. Log Heights and Parcevall Hall Gardens are also worth visiting.
