The Loft at Brackley Town Hall is on the third floor of the building. You can get a lift from the ground floor to the 1st floor, there is then a set of stairs to the second floor and a further 7 steps to the third floor.
The Loft - Is a large and spacious open plan space with a separate WC.
Walking through the front door you will find the door to the WC on your left and the copper roll-top bath under the eaves on your right.
Kitchen area: Fridge with freezer box, electric oven and induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave
Dining area: table and four chairs
Sitting room area: Seating for three, footstool/coffee table, SMART TV, Blu Ray DVD player, board games, DAB and Bluetooth radio/speaker
Bedroom area: (sleeps 2) King Size bed, hanging space, chest of drawers, bedside tables
Bathroom area: Copper roll top bath with side table for a glass of wine
WC: Is a separate room with WC and sink.
Single folding guest bed: (sleeping 1) can be put anywhere within the loft. Outside
There is an allocated parking space near Waitrose around 200 metres away.
There is no outside space with The Loft but it is located in the heart of the town making everything you would need in a walkable distance.. Brackley Town Hall itself has been exquisitely designed and revamped after a major renovation project in 2018 and sits in the middle of the town centre. On the ground floor, Pierre Ponts Café-Bistro can be found for a spot of lunch or an early breakfast, this is due to open in April. The first floor is home to the civic hall that is licensed for weddings and can also hold corporate events.
As you travel upstairs to the eaves of the building you will feel like you are entering a secret hideaway just for you. Adorned with ancient beams, the interior of the space is truly intriguing. The open plan living area includes a neat and modern kitchen, intimate dining area, a super-comfortable sofa and dreamy King Size bed - the Loft’s pièce de résistance. You are sure to have a beautiful night’s sleep here within a sanctuary that feels hidden away from the rest of the world.
Look out upon views of old rooftops, chimneys and rolling countryside from one of the numerous windows, from which you are sure to find the perfect spot to sit and watch the world go by.
Romantic and elegant there is plenty of space to work, sleep or relax. Cosy up on the sofa listening to some music or watching a film. Alternatively, fill the roll top copper bath to sink into a state of complete relaxation and tranquillity.
