Come in through the front door into an illuminated hallway where you can leave your coats and boots. The welcoming lounge is off the hall with comfortable sofas and easy chairs to relax on after a busy day out, a Smart TV so you can watch your favourite shows, and a warming wood burner to help you unwind in the evenings. The light and airy contemporary kitchen/diner is the social hub of the home with everything you need to cook with, including an electric Range style oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Sit at the kitchen island with a drink and chat while the family cook prepares dinner. Enjoy sociable meals together at the dining table with French doors leading out into the patio and garden, plus there is a Smart TV to keep everyone entertained when needed. You can access the spacious utility room at the rear of the property from either the hallway or the dining room and this houses a useful washer/dryer and a sink unit. There is also a separate downstairs WC. A door leads out to the side of the property where you can safely leave your bikes or bring in a wet dog to dry them off, while the door from the utility area accesses the garden. Heading upstairs, you will find the four bedrooms located off the landing. The generous master bedroom has a king size bed, a dressing table and plenty of storage for your things so you can unpack and relax. There is a skylight and the chair in front of the main window offers views of the countryside, and the fully tiled en suite has a rainfall shower and WC. The spacious, second bedroom has a king size bed, a wardrobe and a marble topped dressing table with those lovely views across the fields. The pretty twin bedroom enjoys views over the garden and the light and airy single bedroom is set in the eaves with a sloping ceiling and large skylight. The family bathroom has a freestanding roll top bath, a large shower with additional lighting and WC. Outside, enjoy the patio area accessed directly from the dining room French doors or alternatively, from the utility room. Enjoy your morning coffee and dine alfresco at the garden table. Walk up the three steps to the lawn with a suntrap seating area in the corner. Parking is roadside for two cars directly in front of the cottage.
