Located in the countryside just minutes from Beadnell Bay on the Northumberland coast, enjoy a beach stroll with the impressive ruins of Dunstanburgh Castle highlighted in the distance. Enjoy a picnic in the sand dunes, rock pooling with the kids, or one of many water sports on offer like kite surfing, paddleboarding, and sea canoeing. There are two great pub/restaurants, a general store, and a café/bistro in Beadnell village. Cycle or walk the coastal paths to popular Seahouses for boat cruises to the Farne Islands, explore Craster s pretty harbour and the secluded bay at Embleton, visit nearby Bamburgh Castle with its sweeping beach and superb village, drive to Alnwick Castle and Gardens, cross the causeway to Holy Island and explore Berwick upon Tweed s historic market town. Access this charming holiday property and you will find yourself in the hallway. At one end of the hall, a step down takes you into the spacious and bright open plan kitchen/diner complete with a range style gas hob and electric oven, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, a dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There is plenty of worktop space to prepare family feasts on and a kitchen island where you can enjoy a drink while chatting to the family chef. The large dining table allows everyone to sit together for sociable mealtimes and floor to ceiling windows offer views out to the courtyard. At the far end of the hallway, is the inviting lounge with three comfortable sofas where you can settle back and watch a little TV. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with attractive oak furniture. This bedroom also has a TV. Next door is the family bathroom with a bath, a separate shower cubicle, and WC. Upstairs you will find a study area with a desk and chair and three more bedrooms, the generous master bedroom with a king size bed and walk in style closet and a smart TV. This also has an en suite shower room with WC. There are two single bedrooms, ideal for children or adults, and each with its own shower room and WC. Stepping outside, there is a small garden area. This can be enclosed by closing the farm gate and offers garden seating where you can make the most of good weather and sit with a morning cuppa. Please note the original stone steps are now a feature only. A step down from the kitchen takes you into the garage where you can safely store water sports equipment and bikes and there is a drying rack for outdoor gear. There is off road parking for one car in front of the property in the shared courtyard and space for one small second car can park inside the garden area.
