Nestled in beautiful Brada Quarry, 1.5 miles from Bamburgh village center in Northumberland, is this delightful lodge. Lambs Lodge is the perfect choice for a remote family holiday in the heart of the rolling countryside. No expense has been spared in the renovation of this property, in order to provide a completely modern holiday let. The property boasts a spacious open-plan living space, with a sitting room offering three large sofas situated around the lovely multi-fuel stove, providing that added bit of warmth during those chilly winter months. The kitchen has been well-equipped with all the appliances you could need to rustle up a wonderful home-cooked meal for the whole family, to be enjoyed at the dining room table, which seats six people. As all the rooms are on the ground floor, you have easy access to three wonderful bedrooms, two king-size and one twin, one with an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have been furnished to a high standard, with plenty of added extras, such as the wall-fitted bedside lamps, ideal for some late night reading. To the rear of the lodge is an enclosed decking area, which can be accessed via the sitting room through bi-folding doors, and has seating so you can sit out of an evening and enjoy a refreshing glass of wine. Off-road parking is available to the front for two cars. While you're in the area, why not venture towards the historic Bamburgh Castle, locally known as the one-time seat of Kings of Northumbria - it is a Grade I listed building with audio tours of the state rooms. Or take a drive toward Bamburgh beach, offering golden sands and clear waters for family day trips. Budle Bay stretches across 1 mile and is a Tudor port, with an abundance of birdlife, ideal for those of you interested in birdwatching. Lambs Lodge is the ultimate location for friends and families to relax and unwind.
