The stables are ideally placed for visits to the many events at Newark Showground including the famous antiques fair. Coddington is also conveniently placed for visits to attractions slightly further afield including Southwell Racecourse, and Southwell Minster and the Workhouse (both 10 miles). Visit the home of Robin Hood, Sherwood Forest, during your holiday, or head to Sherwood Pines, Rufford Abbey, Clumber Park and Thoresby Park, all within 20 miles. The historic city of Lincoln is 20 miles away with an impressive 11th century castle and famous gothic cathedral, not forgetting an array of independent cafes, restaurants, and pubs to explore.
