Just minutes from the charming gateway town of Burford, the house is also perfectly located for exploring the Cotswolds, with the market towns of Stow-on-the-Wold and Chipping Norton within easy striking distance and Blenheim palace at Woodstock just a little further afield.

With two ovens, Nespresso machine, electric hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Breakfast bar in the kitchen and table with seating for eight in the dining area which has twin bay windows overlooking the rear garden.

With open fire, television with freeview and DVD player and two bay windows with views to the front garden and paddock beyond.

Located off an inner hallway, with television with DVD player and online services.

The rear garden is fully enclosed with a Cotswold stone wall and has a dining set for al fresco meals.
The front garden is also fully enclosed and comprises lawn and flower beds as well as a patio with bistro set.
Please note that the stable block requires remedial work and is off-limits and the latched gate to this area should not be climbed on.

This vacation home is located in Chipping Norton. Tolsey Museum and SOTA Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Chipping Norton Golf Club and Fairytale Farm. Cotswold Wildlife Park and Crocodiles of the World are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as cycling in the area.
