Located within a 500 metre walk of Saundersfoot, this bungalow is ideally placed for exploring the coastline and Pembrokeshire countryside. Spend your days relaxing on the sandy shores of a choice of excellent beaches, strolling along the dramatic coast path, and soaking up the vibrancy of the village centre. Restaurants, pubs and cafes are scattered throughout the pretty streets, offering a plethora of cuisines and local dishes for you to sample or take back to your holiday abode to enjoy, and the working harbour is a must for scenic boat trips. For families, you ll discover a wealth of attractions from the medieval castle ruins in Tenby, 4 miles away, to the exhilarating Oakwood Theme Park, 8 miles away. Follow the driveway to reach the bungalow, stepping inside to find a spacious and contemporary interior with comfortable furniture. A tiled hallway leads through to an open plan living space that features a lounge with two large sofas, a TV, and a DVD player. Laminate flooring gives way to the tiled kitchen/diner area. Cook up a storm using the electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave, and enjoy meals around the table that has seating for six. Back through the hallway, you ll find the bathroom with its shower over the bath and WC. Younger guests will appreciate the bedroom with built in storage, bedroom furniture and bunk beds, while the two king size bedrooms are both finished with comfortable beds, furniture and built in storage. The largest king size bedroom also boasts a vaulted ceiling, a large en suite shower room and French doors to patio area. Venture outside through the patio doors and relax on the decking with a glass of wine in hand. The gravelled garden is dotted with plants, trees and shrubbery, and there is lawn space for children to play freely. Dine alfresco on the balcony or stroll the 500 metre walk into town and choose from the selection of restaurants. The cul de sac offers easy access to the beach for late afternoon walks. There is also a handy laundry room within the garden of the property.
