The picturesque hillside village of Penally is about a mile and a quarter from Tenby and overlooks both Tenby Golf Course and the beautiful sandy stretches of South Beach. The 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path runs past the village, with Giltar Point (1.6 miles) making a prominent local landmark. Penally is home to two friendly pubs, a 13th century church which houses an ancient Celtic Cross, and the prehistoric Hoyle s Mouth Cave. Tenby provides a host of restaurants, cafes and pubs, as well as historic buildings and landmarks to explore. Local activities include quad biking, golf, sea fishing, water sports, and boat trips out to Caldey Island. Nearby attractions include Manor Wildlife Park (3.5 miles) and Oakwood Theme Park (11 miles). Entering this property, the elegant lounge is a lovely spot in which to relax. With plenty of seating, a TV, DVD player and feature fireplace, the lounge is perfect for sitting back, enjoying a movie or catching up with a good book at the end of a great day. Featuring an open fire, upright piano and offering glimpses of the sea, the dining room is a wonderful space for you all to gather, chat about the day and share a favourite meal. The country style kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, double gas oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The ground floor also features a WC and a utility area where you will find the washing machine. Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find four bedrooms. The first bedroom features a four poster king size bed with an en suite bathroom. There s also a lovely double bedroom and two charming single rooms, as well as a separate bathroom complete with bath, bidet and WC. A door from the kitchen leads out onto a large balcony with outdoor furniture and far reaching views across the countryside to the sea. A spiral staircase leads from the balcony down to the beautiful garden. Please note: young children should be supervised when on the balcony or spiral staircase. Parking is available to the rear of the property for two small cars.
