Rooftops is a recently refurbished property ideally situated in a peaceful location, yet only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Saundersfoot with its lovely beaches, harbour, shops and restaurants. It's a spacious property that can comfortably accommodate 10 guests (up to 8 adults and 2 children) over 4 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, with range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and nespresso coffee machine (tumble dryer and additional fridge/freezer in garage). The separate dining room benefits from sea views as does the living room, bedroom 3 and bedroom 1.
Patio doors from the dining room leads to the outdoor area with its magnificent sea views, gas BBQ, hot tub and heated shower. Here you will also find rattan dining furniture to seat 10 and a rattan sofa for lazing around in the sun. Why not sit back and enjoy dinner al fresco whilst admiring the fabulous view or take a soak in the hot tub with a glass of wine after a busy day at the beach. Wall mounted electric patio heaters will keep you warm and cosy as the sun goes down.
There is free unlimited WIFI throughout the house.
The living room has a 55" TV complete with a home cinema system, Sky Q TV, Nintendo Wii and X Box together with a selection of games for both the Wii and XBox. All bedrooms have flatscreen TV's whilst bedroom 3 also has a DVD player. You will also find a selection of books and board games to help you relax and unwind.
All bedrooms benefit from black out blinds/curtains and the children’s bedroom also has a night light.
There is parking for 1 car in the garage and 1 car on the driveway. There is also room in the garage for storing bikes, kayaks etc which is ideal for guests taking part in Ironman or similar events. There is unrestricted parking available on the road outside the property although please note that the parking of motor homes or vans is not permitted.
All bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Also provided is a selection of deck chairs, wind breaks, buckets and spades etc for you to take to the beach.

Please note that should you require use of the hot tub between September - May then there will be an additional charge of £100 to cover the costs of heating and maintenance. Use of the hot tub is inclusive for stays in June, July and August. Due to the water being changed before each guests arrival please be advised that the hot tub may not reach the maximum temperature until the morning after arrival. Also, due to the cleaning schedule the hot tub will not be available on the morning of departure.
