Pendeilo Villa is a striking, semi-rural detached property just a 25
minute walk from the village of Amroth with its beautiful beach, shops
and restaurants.. Pendeilo Villa makes the perfect base for families
who are looking for the tranquility of a rural setting whilst still
being just a short drive from the busy harbour towns of Tenby and
Saundersfoot.
The ground floor comprises of an open plan country kitchen and dining
room finished to the most comfortable standard and the perfect setting
in which to unwind and relax with family and friends. The lounge has
comfortable seating to kick back and relax in-front of the large flat
screen TV, there is also a bedroom conveniently set on ground level
with a double bed.
On the first floor straight ahead you will find the beautifully
presented master bedroom boasting a King sized bed and ensuite bathroom
with large walk in shower. A second King sized bedroom is also found on
the this floor and a double room. The final bedroom is a comfortable
sized bunk bed room. A family bathroom containing a bath perfect to
soak in after a long day of exploring Pembrokeshire is also located
here.
Within the garden there is a full size hot tub to soak away your
worries and a BBQ with outdoor seating in addition to a generous off
road car parking area with plenty of room for two or more vehicles.
Pendeilo Villa is very close to many popular tourist attractions
Pembrokeshire has to offer including Colby Woodland Gardens.

or on any furniture.

Exit the A48 onto the roundabout taking the second exit onto the A40. Take the first exit at the next roundabout and continue on the A40. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A477, after 8 miles turn left just past the BP garage in Llanteg, after 0.3 miles turn right, after 0.3 miles you will see Pendeilo Villa on your right just before Amroth Bay Holidays.
