There is also a kitchen/diner with TV, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburner, a second sitting room and a games room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio, lawn and outdoor furniture, along with five off-road parking spaces. Ty Morlais is a wonderful holiday home by the South Wales coast.
