Plas Gwyn is a spacious and unique cottage which has been perfectly designed to accommodate extended families and friends looking for a relaxing holiday together.
This self-catering holiday cottage enters into the spacious hallway with doors leading to all rooms.
Kitchen: Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including electric oven and grill, electric hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Door to the upstairs accommodation.
Lounge/Dining: Comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to 8 people. Smart TV with Freeview. Double doors open out onto the peaceful decked area which overlooks the large enclosed garden, furnished with table and chairs.
Bedroom 1: Double bed with Smart TV and Freeview. Ensuite shower room.
Ensuite: Shower unit, toilet and basin.
Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds (both double with single over). Smart TV with Freeview.
Bedroom 3: Super-king bed (can be made into 2 singles on request).
Family bathroom: Enclosed shower unit, toilet and basin.
Utility room: Washing machine and tumble drier.
The upstairs accommodation can be accessed either through the internal door and staircase or via its own private entrance to the side of the cottage.

Lounge/Dining: Comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to 6 people. Smart TV with Freeview. Window looks out toward the village with distant sea views.

The cottage boasts two large enclosed gardens to the rear, one with a raised decked area and one with a patio, both furnished with out door table and chairs and BBQ.
The cottage further benefits from wifi, gas central heating throughout and parking for up to 6 cars.
Two well-behaved dogs welcome.

This vacation home is located in Saundersfoot. Tenby Castle and King's Quoit are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Pembrokeshire Coast Path - South and Tenby Golf Club. Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo and Ocean Commotion are also worth visiting.
