Located on the fifth floor of a holiday apartment building, this property is ideal for families or couples that want to spend all day on the beach. The apartment overlooks Tenby North Beach, where the iconic Goscar Rock rears out of the sand. The centre of Tenby is less than half a mile away and is traffic free during July and August, making it perfect if you have young children with you, and there are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants to keep you amused. Anyone interested in history will enjoy Tenby Castle and the Tudor Merchant s House, while Pembroke Castle is just 11 miles away and is also well worth a visit. Take the lift or the stairs to the front door of the flat and head through a small reception area into the open plan living space. Sit and enjoy meals at the table, looking out to the wonderful sea views past the balcony, or relax on the sofa after dinner with a drink. There s a table and chairs out on the balcony, so take your tipple out there on warm summer evenings. Large windows at the other end of the living area fill the space with light while a comfortable sofa and chairs are perfect for curling up into after a long day out exploring. Watch some TV or bring some DVDs with you to settle down with a film. Through to the kitchen, you ll find all you need to whip up delicious meals including an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. There s a dishwasher to make cleaning up easy and a washing machine in case you get muddy or sandy on the beach. A peaceful double bedroom has a huge window so you can wake up to sea views and sit and read the morning papers before starting your day. The second bedroom, a twin, also has views across lush greenery and is the perfect room for children to share. A bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the property. Outside the apartment building, you ll find a delightful shared garden. North Beach is located on the opposite side of the road and can be accessed via stone steps from a public garden. There s a large car park with a dedicated parking space (please note a permit must be displayed). If you require further parking, there is a public car park half a mile away (300 metres on foot); you may also be able to find on street parking during less busy times.
