Narberth is a delightful market town with a plethora of independent shops, restaurants, pubs, a museum and gallery. It is a short drive to both Tenby and Saundersfoot, two popular seaside resorts, where boat trips and water sports are available during the holiday season. Well placed for visiting the many tourist attractions such as Oakwood Theme Park, Blue Lagoon Waterpark and Folly Farm. Pembrokeshire offers historic castles at every turn, with Narberth Castle within arm s reach. All in all, an excellent base to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the UK s only Coastal National Park. This lovingly cared for cottage is creatively and tastefully decorated throughout, you will enter the modern cottage style kitchen with original wooden beamed ceiling, which is spacious and perfect for home cooking. The kitchen contains an electric oven and gas hob and microwave, there is also a dining table so you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast and meals. Located next to the kitchen/diner is a handy utility room with washing machine and fridge/freezer and a place to hang your coats or kick off your walking boots. Leading off the kitchen/diner is the cosy dual entrance lounge, with comfy seating, electric wood burner effect fire, Smart TV and a cabinet of books and games for you to enjoy; a relaxing space to spend time with family and friends. Across the hallway from the lounge you will find a dedicated dining area with large dining table, bench seating and large window, which is a great space for all to enjoy an evening meal together. Heading up the stairs to the split level landing you will find the first of the bedrooms; a single bedroom which has been charmingly decorated. Next door to this is the shower room with shower and WC. From the upper landing, you reach the two large, spacious double bedrooms, with feature fireplaces, both decorated beautifully. To complete the first floor, you will find a small snug area, with a comfy armchair; a perfect little hideaway to curl up and enjoy a good read. To the rear of the property there is a spacious enclosed garden area with a lawn, patio and a seating area for outdoor dining. This space is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an al fresco dinner in the warmer months after a busy day exploring the many delights this region has to offer. There is also off road parking for two cars.
