This all ground floor property has two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, two single bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shelter for bikes, a private patio with picnic table plus shared use of the covered barbecue area, outdoor heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Swallow Cottage is an ideal holiday base for all the family.

Private patio with picnic table plus shared use of individual, portable BBQs, telescopic enclosed heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 1 mile. Note: This cottage is all ground floor so may be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Shared outdoor heated swimming pool with telescopic pool enclosure, available April to October only( from 2020 only). Note: Open lake in grounds about 3/4 mile from cottages reached via a woodland road with coarse fishing available all year round (please bring own equipment). Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking nearby.
