Heading from the lounge into the hall you will find two brightly decorated bedrooms, one double room and one twin room with two singles. To complete the property, there is a stylish bathroom that has a shower and WC. Venturing outside from the rear entrance there is a spacious decking area with a hot tub which you can sink into and unwind after a long day. There is a picnic table where you can enjoy some al fresco dining on a warm evening. Just off the main lawn, you will find a private path that leads down to the water s edge with breathtaking views to Loch Linnhe, Glencoe and the Isle of Mull. There is private off road parking for three cars just outside the front of the property and in the garden, there is a secure shed for storage of bikes, skis etc.
