Continuing through the hall you will find the lounge with Smart TV, sound bar, and French doors leading directly onto the fantastic, raised balcony with comfortable seating area, with breath taking views over the splendid Loch Tay and surrounding mountains. There is also a dining area at the rear of the lounge ideal for a family gathering with a direct hatch that leads through to the kitchen. The well equipped kitchen with magnificent views over the loch is the perfect space to cook up a storm with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and ground coffee espresso machine. Finally completing this unique accommodation is another pretty double bedroom. Venturing outside there is a hot tub, an enclosed patio with seating area, firepit, charcoal BBQ, and quirky original post office box. There is also a raised balcony with direct access from the lounge with a comfortable seating area with magnificent views over Loch Tay and beautiful surrounding glens. There is off road private parking available for four cars.
