Pleasantly located at the eastern end of Loch Garry against the stunning backdrop of the Grampian and Monadhliath Mountains in the Cairngorm National Park, this remote, spacious lodge offers an excellent central base for exploring all the Highlands have to offer. There are numerous wonderful walks through the surrounding hills and around the loch, and the opportunity to indulge in traditional sports like fishing. Newtonmore is 18 miles and Pitlochry is 23 miles, both have a selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, and you're sure to be inspired by the scenery that surrounds you with lots to see and do. Step into the hall and through to the light and bright family lounge. Relax on the deep sofas and comfy chairs and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV and, on those cooler evenings, light up the lovely roaring open fire. There are doors leading to the large conservatory which offers spectacular views directly down the loch. French doors lead out to the lawn, where garden furniture is provided for guests to relax outside. The second lounge area has comfortable seating, an open fire, bar area and a Smart TV. It's the perfect place to enjoy a great book or just sit back and admire the beautiful garden and countryside views. The dining room has a feature open fire and seating for 16 around the large table this is the ideal space to enjoy family gatherings. You can then head into the kitchen which boasts a large gas Range oven and hob fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, two wine fridges, hotplate, and coffee maker. The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and ice machine. Next is the impressive games room with a large snooker table. Completing the downstairs is a cloakroom and drying cabinet and 2 WCs. Heading upstairs to the first floor there are six individual, beautifully decorated bedrooms. This comprises of five spacious king size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with baths, separate showers, and WCs and one twin bedroom, the bathroom for this is across the hall and has a bath with a shower over the bath and WC. Outside, is a spacious garden, which is mainly laid to lawn, which is the perfect area for children to play and relax whilst you admire the splendid countryside scenery. There are seating areas in the garden and a charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining. There is off road parking for five cars available next to the property.
