Limecombe is a stunning detached cottage situated in a secluded position surrounded by moorland in the Exmoor National Park near Simonsbath and can sleep ten people in five twin bedrooms. Four are ground floor twins with en-suites, with two being accessed by an external door. The fifth twin room is on the first floor and there is a first floor bathroom. The rest of this property contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. There is an external utility. To the outside there is ample off road parking and a lawned garden with furniture. Limecombe is a perfect retreat for families or friends looking to explore the great outdoors.

The front, rear and side gardens are enclosed. Two well-behaved pets welcome (living areas only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Access to two of the ground floor twin rooms is external to the property. Note: There is an open stream that runs alongside the property, children should be supervised. Note: Water supply is from a UV filtered spring. Note: Horse stabling available by prior arrangement with the owner. Note: Disposable BBQs can be purchased from the owner at a small cost. Note: Livestock may be present in fields on approach to the property and you may be required to open and close a series of 3 or 4 gates. Note: The master bedroom is access via very steep stairs, please take care. Note: The track leading to the property is bumpy and uneven, drive carefully

The village consists of a number of properties scattered along the lanes from this junction. It is also home to the church of St Lukes, two hotels and Boeveys Tea Rooms. The area has several lovely walks especially down the River Barle which passes the southern edge of the village
This cottage is located in Minehead. South West Coast Path Section 4 Trailhead and South West Coast Path Section 3 Trailhead are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Exmoor Zoo and North Devon Hawk Walks. Valley of the Rocks and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking, horse riding, and cycling nearby.
