Entering the rustic red brick building from the bi folding front door opens up the large open plan interior; the initial area will be the snug lounge complete with a sofa, armchair and TV. This area has a wood burner and has DVD capabilities. Beside the living area is the open plan kitchen/diner decorated in a modern mix of white, black and oak furnishings. The kitchen includes electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area contains a wooden table with cushioned seats. Up two stairs from the kitchen is the king size bedroom complete with bedside unit and body length mirror. The bathroom contains a sink, WC and a large walk in shower. Underfloor heating is available. Outside there is an enclosed garden with an eco wood fired hot tub, patio area, garden furniture (table and chairs) and a BBQ. Ample private off road parking is available as well as lockable facilities for bikes.
