‘The Pack Horse’ is situated in the unspoiled, picturesque National Trust village of Allerford, alongside the shallow river 'Aller' and the famous 'Pack Horse Bridge' from which the property derives its name. Paths and bridleways give immediate access to beautiful surrounding countryside.
The Pack Horse offers a choice of holiday accommodation: We have three apartments, each sleeping up to three people, a suite and a cottage each sleeping up to six people.
Each accommodation is self contained with fridge, electric cooker, microwave oven and colour television. Bed linen and duvets are provided, and towels are provided if required. Cots and high chairs are also available on request, however, cot linen is not provided.
The apartment has an open plan Lounge/kitchen and diner.
There is a king size room.
The bathroom has a walk in shower, WC and wash handbasin.

Located in Minehead, this apartment is in a rural area and on a river. Dovery Manor Museum and Dunster Dolls Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Holnicote Estate and Dunster Castle. Exmoor Owl & Hawk Centre and Exmoor Adventures are also worth visiting. Parasailing and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
