A stone's throw away and you are in the village with its array of pubs including a bistro pub within 50 metres, restaurants and attractions and a short stroll from the popular family attraction of Wookey Hole and the infamous witch of Wookey Hole. Further afield but still in easy reach are the major attractions of Cheddar Gorge, Bath, Bristol and Longleat. This area is ideal for a family breakfast before a long out exploring the wonders of Somerset. Heading up the cottage style stairs to the first floor you will find the master king size bedroom which is light and spacious with a TV and benefits from a modern en suite shower room. Next door there is a cosy twin bedroom with countryside views and a TV. There is a family bathroom on this floor with bath, separate shower cubicle and WC, with underfloor heating. Outside you will find a small seating area with bistro table and 2 chairs perfect for a morning coffee. Also, approached by a nearby path is a small, secluded garden nestling next to a pretty orchard surrounded by beech trees, the garden provides a wonderful sunny retreat where guests can relax with a glass of wine.
