Heading upstairs, there are three bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting incredible sea views. This bedroom has a king size bed, a Smart TV, bifold doors which open onto a balcony with seating and a swinging chair, and completing this room is an en suite shower room with a shower and WC. The second bedroom is a further king size and the final bedroom is a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request) which enjoys stunning views. Completing this floor is the bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower and WC. Outside, there is a private enclosed patio where guests can enjoy unwinding on the comfortable seating while enjoying the stunning sea views. There is also a hot tub, which is particularly inviting at night, when guests can enjoy the warm bubbling water under the star filled skies. Guests will also find a BBQ stand for disposable BBQs in this space. To the side of the house is an external staircase which leads to a raised grassed area with seating where you can enjoy the views. There is also driveway parking for two cars as well as an EV charging point (available at an additional cost, please contact owner prior to arrival).
