The property is also centrally located for visiting both coastlines: to the north you will find the traditional seaside town of Weston Super Mare, and to the south the popular towns of Seaton, Lyme Regis and Exmouth. This is one of a group of four charming farm holiday properties. On entering you will find a spacious lounge complete with TV/DVD and French doors, and an attractive kitchen/diner which is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Exploring further you will find a comfy twin bedroom with en suite wet room with shower and WC. There is an additional ground floor WC. Underfloor heating is provided throughout the ground floor. Moving upstairs you will find a secondary mezzanine lounge, with TV/DVD and pretty countryside views. The first floor also houses three further bedrooms: one king size, a twin, and a king size with en suite shower room with WC. There is also a first floor bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Exiting the main lounge via the French doors, you will find the charming decked balcony complete with garden furniture, benches and a private hot tub. There is a shared children's play area with a selection of equipment, including swing, slide and climbing frame. There is ample private off road parking available. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the shared utility room on site.
