Southwold House is fabulous, A stunning brick built period property with the beach on the doorstep. Accommodation is over three floors, bright and spacious with sea views from the beautiful bay windows and pretty white painted balconies. From the exterior, Southwold House has kerb appeal, well proportioned with a pretty courtyard style front garden. Step inside - welcome to the 21st century, the property is stylish and contemporary with every modern convenience just waiting for you.
A property for all seasons, warm and cosy in the winter months with easy to operate digital central heating and ‘gas effect’ wood burning stove - as the temperatures rise and the days get longer, throw open with balcony doors, breathe in the salty air and gaze out to sea.
This lovely holiday home can accommodate 10 guests with six fabulous bedrooms decorated in hues of grey, pink and gold. Living accommodation is spacious with soft sofas in the sitting room, separate dining room and fully fitted kitchen with range cooker and recessed spot lights.
Southwold has some great shops, cafes, delis, pubs and restaurants so you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to dining. Alternatively visit one of the independent grocers, bakers and butchers and cook up a treat. A visit to Southwold wouldn’t be complete without heading off to the pier, dating back to the 1900’s, it was originally built as a landing point for the steamships which use to stop off at the town. Don’t forget to visit the lighthouse - this distinctive landmark at the centre of the town has been guiding vessels into the historical harbour since the late 1800’s.
If you’re planning a family get together, somewhere a bit special, close to the sea, cafes and stylish shops - this is the place for you!!!
