This traditional Victorian town house in the charming coastal town of Pakefield has been extensively renovated in 2022, retaining all the original features combined with beautiful furnishings and quality equipment, ready to welcome guests and four legged friends from August 2022. Located just a few minute’s walk from the beach and popular Jolly Sailor’s pub, with tennis courts and a café across the road, there can be few better places for a family holiday or memorable weekend with friends.

SUMMARY
You’re welcomed into a long hall with the stairs ahead of you, the living room to the left and the kitchen/dining room at the back where there’s a door to the garden.
LIVING ROOM
A great room for relaxing with friends and family with plenty of comfy sofas, chairs and coffee tables; a large Smart TV for your entertainment and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOOM
Sitting at the back of the house with a door to the garden. The galley style kitchen’s equipped with a waist height electric oven, an induction hob, microwave, under counter fridge with a freezer compartment, a washing machine, kettle and toaster. Two benches and a couple of chairs surround the dining table.
FIRST FLOOR
Carpeted stairs rise to a split-level landing with the bathroom off the first section and the main and twin bedrooms off the next part. Three stair gates are provided so you can fix them at the bottom and top of the stairs to the first floor, and at the bottom of the stairs to the top floor.
MAIN BEDROOM
A beautiful big bedroom with bay window where you can glimpse the sea at the top of Pakefield Road or across the green opposite. There’s a super king bed here with a pull out bed for younger children if they’d rather sleep with you than in their own bedroom, and space for a cot.
TWIN BEDROOM
Sitting quietly at the back of the house overlooking the garden.
BATHROOM
The claw foot bath sitting under the window and attractive floor tiles give a Victorian feel to this bathroom which also has a shower cubicle with fixed and hand-held shower heads, a WC, wash basin and heated towel rail (towels are provided).
SECOND FLOOR
The next set of carpeted stairs rise to the top floor where you’ll find the shower room, the double and king.
DOUBLE BEDROOM
Decorated to reflect the proximity to the broads and marshes, this room also sits at the back of the house and has a double bed.
KING BEDROOM
Enjoy a sea view over the treetops from this coastal themed room, furnished with a king size bed.
SHOWER ROOM
A well planned modern shower room with the shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
OUTSIDE
At the back is a good-sized courtyard style garden, fully paved and enclosed with a rattan outdoor dining set. There’s a gate from here to the path running along the back of the houses so you can wheel bikes in and store them securely.
ATTRACTIONS
There’s plenty of activities in Pakefield and Lowestoft and the surrounding area for guests of all ages including two piers, Victorian seafront gardens and the Royal Plain Fountains. This mid terraced holiday home is just a few minutes’ walk from a blue flag award winning sandy beach, and The Jolly Sailors, a landmark pub with amazing view of Pakefield beach and a gorgeous menu full of classic food, family favourites and a few contemporary dishes. There’s a train station and bus station which both run regular services to Norwich. It's also worth looking up the dates for the popular First Light Festival which shines the first light on new and creative talent, building opportunities that support the creative talents of the community, with a vision that by 2030 Lowestoft and its hinterland will be bursting with innovation and creative energy.
This vacation home is located in Lowestoft. Dip Farm Pitch and Putt and Norfolk Coast Path - East are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Lowestoft Maritime Museum and Royal Naval Patrol Service Museum. Africa Alive! and Pleasurewood Hills are also worth visiting.
