There is an additional 1 Bed Annexe onsite which can sleep up to 3 if extra space needed and it is available.
The space
Guests will have uninterrupted access to the whole house. Please be aware this is a real family home and perfect for large groups getting together. It is very comfortable and has a lovely feel to it.
Plenty of living space downstairs and 5 Bedrooms upstairs.
Room 1 - Super King Bed (space for an additional put up single bed)
Room 2 - Super King Bed (also an additional double sofa bed)
Room 3 - King Bed
Room 4 - Single Bed
Room 5 - Single Bed
There is also an additional sofa bed available downstairs, though please bear in mind this will impact on living space. Please let us know in advance if you require the additional sofa beds (2 x Doubles & 1 x Single) and we will leave out extra linen and towels along with instructions on how to open out.
Lots of extra storage, if needed. Equipped with all all mod cons throughout.
There is also a lovely spacious garden outside with a raised decking area which has lighting, heaters and a pizza oven. Seating for 8 easily.
Dog Owners
There are several large throws in the main hallway by the coat stand for use if your dog is likely to go on the furniture.
Guest access
Although Wellsbourne is a largish village and close to both the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon it is recommended that guests have their own independent means of transport whilst staying.
There is plenty of private parking available for at least 6 cars on a secure drive way located directly outside the main front door.
Other things to note
There is an additional Annexe on-site which is accessed separately and can sleep up to 3 if extra space needed.
The annexe is separate to the house and if there are any guests in there, they won't use the garden if the main house is rented out.

Chinese, 2 Indian, Turkish, 2 cafes, 2 pubs within 10 minutes walk. Main nightlife is in Warwick, Leamington or Stratford.
Local Attractions
Warwick Castle & Stratford upon Avon are both historic and beautiful nearby towns.
Trains
Leamington Spa & Warwick Parkway are about 7 miles away with direct trains across the country
Buses
Outside house but an infrequent service. More regular buses at a stop about 10 minutes walk away

This vacation home is located in Warwick.
