Tangmere Road is a stylish place to stay! It is perfect for group trips. We have just the place for you and 8 of your nearest and dearest. This newly-renovated house sleeps 8, and comes equipped with everything you could want and need to make it a real home-away-from-home with Hot tub, games room and free parking which is a rarity in Brighton!
Tangmere Road boasts a large kitchen with a charming dining area with seating room for eight people. A spacious and beautifully-kept secure garden, that’s a real sun trap, with stacks of room to entertain. Outside you will find a large games room equipped with a full size pool table and bar (please send us a message if you are hen or stag groups as we only accept on request.) There’s a hot tub that will fit up to six of you.
The spacious lounge is equipped with a large smart TV which provides Netflix access and seating for six people. All the bedrooms are also well equipped with plush cosy bedding, fresh white fluffy towels and all the emenaties you'd need.
Everything here at Tangmere Road is modern, fresh and clean, but what makes this place special is it feels like a home – if your heart desires, there are all the amenities you could want to get stuck in to the cooking, clean and dry your glad rags, or have a really long soak in the bath. The house is perfect for a large family gathering, a girly getaway or really any reason you might have to be in the neighbourhood – you’re all more than welcome!
Travelling by car: Access to the city centre is easy and just 15 minutes by car. There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk away from the house where the number 5b bus runs from and will take you into the city centre within 15 minutes, you can get the live bus times on the brighton and hove bus website. If you feel more energetic and fancy a nice stroll into the centre is about a mile and half and would take around an hour but its a nice flat walk with lots to take in on the way.
There is a driveway at the front of the property large enough for one car to park free of charge. This is the driveway that is paved directly in front of the kitchen window (this is easier to use when reversing into). There is also a second parking space at the bottom of the driveway next to the brown fenced area. Please note, the driveway to enter and exit this parking space is shared with our neighbour, please ensure you park close to the brown fence to not block our neighbour from parking their car or entering and exiting their parking space. There is also free on street parking however, these spaces are often full with residents cars - Two free on site parking spots is a rarity so close to the city!
Please note: Well behaved dogs are welcome, with a additional fee of £20 in total for the duration of your stay. Please note, this only applies to stays shorter than 14 days. Should your stay be longer than 14 days, an additional fee may apply. Please always notify us of any pets joining you on your stay, upon booking.
Please also note one of the beds is a double sofa bed and is located in the lounge
Please ensure you give us 24 hours notice prior to your check out date if you wish to change your check out date or time (11am) as there is a £50 fee.
The property is managed by my managing agents Air Home Lets. They are on hand 7 days a week between the hours of 09:00 - 21:00 should you have any questions.
Upon booking this property, an Air Home Lets representative will contact you to verify your identity. They will need to check your Government backed identification matches the card holder information used to make the booking payment. Please note, the card holder must also be present with their Government backed identification at the time of check in.
