Haworth is also home to several events throughout the year, including the renowned 1940s weekend. The area is a paradise for walkers and cyclists with plenty of tracks and trails straight from your doorstep with both the Pennines and Bronte Way in the nearby vicinity (Bronte Waterfall is under 3 miles away). Visit the Bronte Parsonage Museum (0.5 miles) or hop aboard the steam railway between Haworth and Keighley, the location of which was used in the hugely popular film The Railway Children . The stunning scenery of the Yorkshire Dales is only a short drive away (17 miles), as is the market town of Skipton (13 miles), the spa town of Harrogate (26 miles) or the vibrant city of Leeds (23 miles). Stepping into this beamed cottage you will instantly feel at home in the cosy lounge. Cuddle up in front of the wood burner with your welcome package and watch a movie on the Smart TV after a long day exploring. The country kitchen features a small dining table and is fully equipped with everything you could need, including an electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Moving upstairs to the first floor there is a landing area with double doors that open up into the garden.
