Head up the terrace steps and take in your rural surroundings before heading inside into this charmingly appointed cottage. It has been decorated with a stylish yet homely interior, creating a welcoming environment for you to wind down in. Stepping inside through the hallway and into the open plan living space, where the whole family can enjoy the cosy lounge area whilst watching your favourite films on the TV/DVD or listen to some tunes on the Bluetooth speaker. With high ceilings and windows, it gives plenty of light and patio doors open out to the sun terrace. While a bottle of wine is opened around the dining table, watch the chef cook on the electric oven and gas hob among the rest of the appliances including a microwave, fridge/freezer. Off the entrance hall is a shower room with a shower and WC and also has a washing machine. Also, a ground floor bedroom with a king size zip and link bed (which can be made into a 2ft 6 twin on request) with reclaimed oak window seat looking on to the orchard. Travel up the stairs to find the galleried bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with a corner bath and WC. The bed sits under the Velux window and has a wonderful view of the stars and the night sky. On warm days, head out to the patio to sit in the last warmth of the evening. Guests will also enjoy a south facing patio with outdoor furniture, perfect for dining on a summer evening. There is also a walled garden and children s play area that the cottage shares with the neighbouring property. It has secure lockable storage for bicycles, outside heated kennels with large enclosed run and off road parking for two cars.
