When the sun is shining, head out onto the front garden area; here you can sip cold beverages and admire the peaceful setting. If you need a break from the sunshine, head back inside the air-conditioned living area or bedrooms always ensuring you a comfortably temperature. As the evening winds to an end, retire inside to prepare for the day ahead in the contemporary shower room. There are two well-appointed bedrooms to choose from, both doubles with oak furniture to house your belongings. Immediately next door you will find The Salutation Inn, boasting a fine selection of ales and great meals. The ancient village of Castle Combe is perfect for a relaxed break to enjoy a cream tea, a calming walk and Ellen's Cottage for delicious cake. Chippenham is a charming market town in Wiltshire that is home to a variety of independent shops and cafes. The Garden is a delightful café that overlooks and John Coles Park, is a popular spot for a picnic and The Chippenham Museum is tells the story of the town and its people. Venture further afield to the Roman city of Bath, well-known for its Roman Baths, which are some of the best-preserved Roman ruins in the world. The city also has a vibrant theatre scene, with the Theatre Royal being one of the oldest and most prestigious theatres in the country.
