Flexible accommodation within two cottages, ideal for two families Part of a barn conversion on a farm estate set in rural Worcestershire Scenic walking trails nearby and a great base for exploring the Malvern Hills
About the property
The property comprises two neighbouring cottages, Cleeton Cottage and Swallow's Nest, both housed within a red-brick barn conversion in a pretty part of the Worcestershire countryside. Together they are ideal for two families or a group of friends who like the idea of having their own space, with the option to socialise together either in one of the cottages or in the outdoor space. Surrounded by fields, the location is peaceful and conducive to a relaxing break. Pack a picnic and take a short walk to the private woodland, or if you're feeling more energetic, there are cycling trails nearby. Meanwhile, the riverside town of Bewdley, Warwick Castle, the Malvern Hills and the Cotswolds all make great day trips by car.

The open-plan living area is light and bright and here you'll find the well-equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There's also a dining area with an oak table and chairs and a lounge with comfy leather sofas and a Smart TV. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor provides a cosy touch.
Also on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms and a bathroom, whilst two more bedrooms are located upstairs along with the second bathroom. All of the bedrooms have a super king-size bed with zip-link mattresses that can be set up as two single beds if that suits your requirements better.

Outdoor space
Outside the cottages, there is a courtyard with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a morning coffee, make use of the BBQ to cook up a delicious feast or sip pre-dinner drinks together.
