Situated in North of the Cotswolds, the village of Willersey is peacefully tucked away from the larger towns that are close by. Within walking distance there are two village pubs, along with many of the farms selling local produce. For walkers there are well marked pathways from the village. Just a short distance away is Broadway with its high street full of pubs, independent gift and antique shops and eateries. Visit the unique Capability Brown Folly Tower, open to visitors wanting to experience great English Heritage in an inspiring location. The Cotswold towns and villages of Chipping Camden, Stow on the Wold, Moreton in Marsh and Bourton on the Water are all within easy driving distance. Stratford upon Avon, with the Royal Shakespeare Company theatre, Cheltenham with is famous annual horse racing festival. Set beside the village duck pond where you can watch the world go by, the main entrance is situated to the rear of the cottage, a small porch offers space for boots and coats where you can leave the day behind. Step into the lounge where you will be pleasantly surprised by the exposed beams and vaulted ceiling. Here you can relax with friends whilst enjoying the warmth from the gas effect wood burner. There is a Smart TV and space for dining. The kitchen has been beautifully finished and is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. And for a quick coffee a breakfast bar with stools. When the day is done there is a bedroom on the ground floor, a super king with TV, enjoying views onto the pond and green. There is a bathroom on the ground floor with hand held shower over bath and WC. Climb the stairs to a second bedroom, a double bedroom with en suite shower and WC. Outside there is an enclosed garden, this is accessed across the driveway and offers a patio area with table and chairs, and a BBQ. There is also a front garden that is open onto the duck pond with table and chairs for you to relax and enjoy village life. There is off road parking for 1 car and street parking which is first come first served on the road.
