Town: Located on the boundary between Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, the picturesque Cotswold village of Willersey is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). It's about two miles from the quaint village of Broadway, where you can enjoy its two cosy pubs and well-stocked shop. The village is conveniently located near several hiking trails, including the Cotswold Way, the Heart of England Way, and Monach's Way, making it a great starting point for hikes of all lengths and difficulties. Broadway, "The Jewel of the Cotswolds," is a picture-perfect English village with a long and storied past, dating back to Roman times, as well as a fantastic selection of one-of-a-kind shops, galleries, restaurants, and hotels. The Lygon Arms, a favourite destination for generations, now offers spa services, which guests can enjoy during scheduled visits. Located in the Vale of Evesham, the charming market town of Evesham is just a short drive away, and it features a wide variety of establishments, such as cafes, antique shops, specialty stores, a movie theatre with a classic art deco design, and a bustling arts centre. Among the many black-and-white timbered structures in Evesham is the Market Square merchant's house, which dates back to the 15th century. The National Trust owns a 600-year-old inn in the nearby village of Bretforton, which serves as the venue for numerous annual music, folk, culinary, and drink festivals. Willersey serves as an excellent home base for exploring the many quaint villages of the Cotswolds, as well as Cheltenham and the Gold Cup horse races and Worcester and its magnificent cathedral, both of which are located in the vicinity and are well known for their fruit growing and market gardening. The town of Stratford upon Avon, where William Shakespeare was born, is easily accessible by car and is rich in history thanks to its many museums, theatres, and the nearby River Avon. The location is fantastic since it offers everything for everyone, and there are numerous NT properties to enjoy.
